NWPL 150th Birthday Celebration and Tech Day
The New Westminster Public Library turns 150 years old on Saturday, August 15! NWPLibrary150
From 11 am to 5 pm, all residents are invited to the library’s Uptown location to join us in celebrating this amazing milestone. Crafts, cake, and activities for all ages will be taking place rain or shine, so bring the whole family! Alice in Wonderland is turning 150 this year too, so everyone is encouraged to come with their best or most silly hat as we share our birthday celebration with this classic book.
Meanwhile, explore the second floor as we showcase all things new and digital. Look to the future with a 3D printer demonstration, ebooks and other online publications, and tech help for your own devices. We will also be unveiling a brand new digital service: a birthday gift for you!
No registration or fee is required for any of the day’s events.
